this reminds me of the run-around i had with Wren over some shelves.
kitchen was gloss grey and i had 3 shelves in the build, they turned up matt grey but labelled the same colour as the doors?? get several sets delivered in attempt to resolve the issue.
lots of back and forth and it turns out they don’t do gloss shelves and their gloss grey (lets call it Dove Grey) is the same grey as ‘Pumice’ (or whatever it’s called) but shiny.
i did end up with all my work desk area fully shelved for free though :-)
