    Just started back at the gym this morning, 10 free PT sessions to take advantage of so hopefully progress will be good.

    Also have signed up for Paris Marathon on first weekend of April, I don't particularly enjoy running and I've never done one before but Mrs. Nahguavkire is a keen runner and talked me into it.

    Current weight: 94.7kg
    Goal weight: 80kg

  • Running will definitely be kinder on your knees closer to 80kg!
    I've always wanted to do a marathon, for the bucketlist, rather than hoping I'll be good at them, but my less than perfect knees and feet would crumble in the training running up to one.
