Happy with progress. Running at 1500 calories food per day (tracking on 'LoseIt') and maintaining between 800-1000 active calorie burn a day also. Mainly through evening hikes in the woods and 20km ish rides, as I have had a bad back.
Start back at the gym this week, so hopefully will be able to push my calorie burn further - which I will need, as I know the first 5kg are easier than the rest.
Finally got to a set of scales...
1/1/22 = 84kg
19/1/22= 79.5kg
