white industries cranks look like utter shite
absalute madness people are speccing their "dream bikes" with them, nothing says "let the bikeperson have a look over my wallet" more
i get it, nearly all shimano cranks look like ass, so do sram and campag, they all look like deformed metal we're forced to attach to our bikes
but solving that by putting on a bad looking octolink crank doesn't step things up
i guess you could get a middleburns, they're all right, even hopes have some charm
my personal favourite is a ugly hollow tech deore and a 1x ring from a decade ago, but i understand if you're building your dream bike and getting photos taken in front of industrial walls, leaning it against your oak record table it might not be your vibe
but i beg you people, just look on ebay for an hour or two and buy some old campags or square taper xts
