I think it is this threaded part near the handle that is at fault. There are two small holes that suck the air into the chamber when you pull (at least that is what I think happens). Problem is it currently doesn't suck enough air in, but the holes are clear and I cleaned them, so I dunno? My only thought is to buy a new one and see if it is that part that is faulty.
Didn't know you can get these.
