It’s definitely a ‘domino’ food. Technically a healthy food, but who only eats a 30g portion?
Same with cashew nut, macadamia nuts and pistachio for me.
Carrots with homemade hummus (much less oil, more tahini, lemon and garlic) - basically the only way I've ever lost weight rather than just exercising more was living off this...
