They have no London retailers at all, unless you count Chronext (who just offer a pickup service). When @inchpincher and I met the Sinn folks at the WatchPro salon thing they were lamenting their UK stockist situation and practically begged us to lobby retailers to stock them.

Thanks! Seems like they're pretty hard to get in the UK like Regal said, I tried mine on in Germany. They have a partner overview on their website that might be of use to you, there are a couple of places around.
