    feeling ok, around 2250kcal on days I don't work out or cycle, then eat back riding calories at around 2500-2750 on days I train or ride somewhere. Got PRs on overhead press and deadlift this week while in a deficit (60kg and 200kg respectively). Finding putting maple syrup and salt in my water when I work out to be a lifesaver.
