    So what was the nature of the transaction with the customer who originally bought this? Are you a retailer? What’s the name of the business?
    Could the business not claim insurance on the frame? Was it sent uninsured? Do you have photos of the damage before the repair? Have you seen many fucked frames on here sell for three grand? Have you seen any frames on here sell for three grand?
