Yep, I think it has some sort of biomass boiler system there. They kept one of the chimneys functional for it.

I commuted into Victoria on the train for many, many years and watched the development slowly happen. Watching them remove the chimneys brick by brick was pretty impressive, and then watch them be rebuilt exactly the same was crazy. Every day I used to look and wonder how many millions it cost to do something that will go completely unnoticed in the long run.

I guess it's just from the colossal central heating system they must have in place. It's only ever the one chimney. It's probably steam more than smoke but you know what I mean
