I’d prob look into it, but maybe not the best way to start a relationship with neighbours.
Prob built before planning permission was a thing unlike my friends neighbours who have built a mess of an extension over the party wall and too high and my friends are too nice to point it out to them.
Said rule breakers also have a cringe inducing Instagram for their house work.
