Yes, Florentine steak is good, but you can get a good steak in any big city in the world. Including at Sostanza! I once asked a Florentine colleague: 'if you can only eat at one restaurant in Florence for the rest of your life, which is it?' This place is legendary for a reason. I cannot recommend it enough. Maybe when I tell you that there are newspaper cuttings of Fausto visiting the restaurant on the wall, that'll convince you ;-)
