The monster sound was a deeper low frequency than that.
On the plus side, in searching for this song it’s led me to discover loads of other bangers with similar monster sounds

You don't remember anything else apart from the break and maybe acid bleeps? I'm trying to think of tracks with big evil breakdowns but it's not the sort of thing I remember.
