I know, it’s not your YouTube vlogging type of video but it’s quite informative if you just listen to the parts you’re interested in.

Yeah, I find her a bit annoying and a bit primary school but I guess they have to pitch these videos to the complete novice.
The content is useful in parts as HoKe says.
Just turn the sound off and put the captions on.

Are Unbranded SwissStop Brake pads fitted as standard to new Bromptons?

Not as far as I’m aware, they are just bog standard pads. Definitely not bxps

Bought some of the Bay, seller claims they're unbranded SwissStop which are fitted to all new Bromptons.
They're identical to the ones on my Brompton which I thought were bog standard!

So BXP are what I want if I'm buying Swisstops? I went with the cnc calipers off ebay just to be tarty.

My go to pad is normally Koolstop Salmon, these BXP a better bet?

I always figured the Brilliant Bikes vids were aimed at the total novice.

I've used them a couple times to figure out how things work but do tend to skip though to the bit I want to see.

Don't Electric Bromptons have the blue GXP pads as standard?

Built it for a relative.
The ride position is Jack of all trades but master of none. I stick with the S.
Bike was Flame Lacquer originally and needed the Black Edition treatment. The original silver bars were anodised black to match.
The stem was trickier as couldn't find an original P model in this colour so had to get a black one stripped and repainted which took a number of goes.
