I'm sure he means well, but making allegations like this that can be easily refuted shows the difference between proper journalism and someone on Twitter.

Doesn't mean she wasn't on a departmental mailing list, which are notoriously agnostic about when people are on secondment, leave, maternity etc. If she was on it and had awareness of it, despite working in NI, it would compromise her.
