What's your headset? With a 44mm head tube, if you're changing from internal to external headset you can knock 5-10mm off A2C. Not sure about the MS specifically but often the steel forks are 5-10mm longer to compensate.
Edit: the Ragley fork does look extremely reasonable though and they are a legit brand

Not sure about that one, but I ran this on mine: https://www.bricklanebikes.co.uk/fyxation-sparta-all-road-carbon-fork-black
And it did the job nicely. Decent clearance and internal brake routing if that's a plus for you?
I spent a lot of time trawling through this list to see what the options out there were: https://bikepacking.com/index/forks-with-bottle-cage-mounts/
Might give you some more ideas, although I struggled to find many in the UK.

Carbon forks not so pricey
https://www.fyxation.com/products/carbon-fiber-adventure-fork
But have to come from USA so expect customs charges
I want to put a carbon fork on my midnight special, the current dimensions are A2C 400mm 50mm offset. The only direct replace I can find is an Enve, but don't really want to pay nearly double the price of the frame and forks.
I've fond this, which looks close, A2C 398 and offset of 48mm, what am I missing why is it so reasonably priced.
