The one you've posted has the original paint scheme- from memory the seat tube cream and purple/burgundy at the top is actually a sticker not paint. The original 531c sticker should be below the front derailleur band at the bottom of the seat tube.
The frame that tom has for sale looks to have had the original sticker taken off the seatube and replaced with a new 531c and shimano stickers...
I reckon 86/7 ish
