8000 cals a week deficit is 1142 cals deficit a week, so @revenant. deficit is pretty much bang on for 1kg a week, about the same as my deficit, though I’m smaller and my average eaten is about 1500kcals… That much less is a bit of a shock to the system.

Weight today - 92.2kg
Average burn - 3,331
Average eaten - 2,152
Total burn - 8,253
Felt manageable so far. The main challenge has been recovery after exercise - need to get some protein shakes.
