Did you do the Essex XC in Basildon today?
Proper type 2 fun. The downhill bit was a mud chute, people falling over all over the shop.
I need to get some 15/18mm spikes!

Yeah was there with 15mm , That steep descent destroyed the right sole of my spikes on the start of the 2nd lap and fell/slid down that slope, Had to tear off the sole at the bottom and finished the race in what can only be described as as a slipper - I was so cold/caked in mud ,I couldn't let the course beat me 😂

It looks superb, My coach made me aware of it ,I've been racing in a few XC up here in Essex.
Will definitely make the trip down for this.
