I went to Bicycle in Richmond. Expensive but worth it IMO. Go in with a list of questions, time flies!

Another stellar recommendation for "Bicycle." Richmond. bikefitjames has a long waiting list but he's fantastic. They have other, less expensive (with shorter waiting list) fitters as well.

I would say if you are between 2 sizes like me 54 or 56 best thing to do is always buy the smaller of the 2 .you can make a smaller bigger by longer stem and rise the post up. But try make a bigger bike smaller then the bike would look odd.
