Just tried to go for a quick lunch run and barely made it 1km before going “fuck this”.
Ran 25k on Wednesday night so am probably just not fully recovered yet. Brain wants to run, body says no.
Errr yeah that can happen! Especially if you didn’t get enough sleep/food etc
I have a 2 year old. I use it as an excuse for everything.
