I have a womb chair. It's perfect for reading in. Supports your neck fine. My wife did all the breast feeding in it.

It takes up a lot of real estate though so you need space for it, which I don't have. Do you want it?

I bought this Womb chair + foot stool last year from Senor Bear. Not really using it. It's very comfy though.
It's a Chinese replica of a posh thing.

£50 seemed fair then, and I think fair now.
