what would you choose between Enviolo 380 and trad shimano mech setup for Tern with Cargo Line motor?

I went enviolo over rd just to avoid the awkward not being in the right gear at a junction.

But an extra £3.5k for a different hub gear sounds good value........

Buuuuut Enviolo doesn't shift when you're stationary either, does it? At least not in my experience.
