I think yes and no. Definitely a lot of intentional patina, but also appears the coating is entirely worn off in places.

And there's a dent in the top tube.

Yes there’s a small dent on the toptube. I think it happened from someone locking their bike up next to mine.

These were designed to patina over time. I used it in all weather so precipation kay have sped up the patina process.
