Nice. Sort of a tactical longchamp vibe.
The folio is super nice too.

Sort of a tactical longchamp vibe.
Pretty much where I am in my life... ๐ต
Folio is on the way, can't wait for it to arrive... Just silly work baubles but they're making me happy, which is weird but it's all I do over here... Work, cook, eat, tidy up, viddybox, sleep, rinse, repeat...

You live in Australia right?

That was the day I got them, so sparkly and new... It was midwinter...
Not much improvement but I haven't been riding much so limited opportunity for tan lines...

Does anyone recommend a torch that runs on one AAA that can be operated one handed and is available in the UK?
Extra bonus if it's available from somewhere other than Amazon.

Olight i3t has never let me down
olightstore.uk have been very quick with delivery in the past, or eBay sellers will also have stock of new ones

Seconded. The O light kit is excellent. I have (amongst others) this little USB charging key ring blighter which is an astonishing little thing;

I don't have the AAA versions of these but I have other torches from both companies and they're decent.

AAA versions
I have the C01 (as opposed to the C01s) as I wanted a dimmer warmer light. It's great. I like that there are slots for a magnet and tri if you want to pimp it. Also the flat end means it can be stood up.
My only complaint is that because its a screw to turn on, if you leave it loose in your pocket for a long time, it can undo itself.
But overall at the price it's great, and funnily enough I was going to buy one of the C01s as the sale price is so good.
Oh and it can be operated one handed.

Olight i3T EOS for me too. Very easy to use one handed as it's got a proper button rather than a twisty switch.

Thanks all, olight seems like a good shout.

The moment when he produced the tape dispenser was special

Looks very similar to the Wickes LED lamps. At a guess many lamps share the design.

Actually, when they come up (which is admittedly not often) in Lidl these (at under a fiver) are belters. I have them scattered around the house, workshop, allotment shed and cars. The price even includes red, blue and green filters AND batteries!
Full aluminium construction and a tail switch. Perfect emergency grab torches that just donโt worry you if they were to get lost or โappropriatedโ.

Got recommended Sofirn a few pages back - tiny, robust (no glass) and pretty bright. Will be getting again.
Watched the Rushfaster review of that ^ so decided to check their website... Clicked on their outlet tab and found a black one for 10% off, still wasn't convinced... Until I saw the further 40% off checkout code, just got it for almost half price... Damaged packaging... Who gives a fuck!! ๐ค๐ค๐ค
Moral of story: Never give up, never pay full price... ๐
