I've worked out what they are: Ax-Lightness Ultra 38T. Like these, but a little heavier cos they have 28 spokes on the rear https://www.benobikes.com/en/bike-parts/wheelsets/roadbike/ultra-38t#7084f0af00c42d9496d63d703c6f799e
Edit: the seller thinks they are Farsports rims. He bought them second hand. And I don't think they can be AX-Lightness because all the AX-Lightness wheels pictured on the interweb seem to have those pesky internal nipples.
