Had viewed Dunton Court nearby, was great, but not at £15k more for a small flat with no garden.

And i’m presuming some still under LA ownership so potential issues when they decide to spend big on upkeep or knock it down.
There was a nice flat in Taymount grange but the kitchen was a bit small for us and it would mean being neighbours with Matt..... ;-)Realised he walked past me while i was waiting outside for the agent but didn’t know what he looked like at the time, i could have had a tour of his garage.

That would be the least of your worries

Yeah - it is nice. We have friends who live on Northumberland Ave and went for a wander round with them.

No, but the ad is amazing! It's just a thin sheet of polystyrene underneath the wallpaper which in some places is actually made of string.

Kind of highlights how nice the property on the right is, but depressing is correct...

Oh goody, another flat-shares to rent.
Whoever own those get shot load of money having 20 people in one flat for £600+ months.
(There’s one in Honor Oak just like that)

Why is the kitchen so far away from the dining room? PITA to sit down as a family and have a meal.

As part of our house sale the buyers negotiated to keep the fitted shelving in the front room.
Four weeks post-completion, I have just had a call from the porter in the block to say they are getting rid of it and would I like to come and take it. Otherwise it will go in the skip.
So I am now going round to pick up £2.5k of Vitsoe. Muppets!

The people who bought the most expensive house on our street (Peter Crouch's parents' place or something) immediately ripped out what appeared to be a very expensive bathroom and left it in their front garden.
People: weird
I don't know if you had a chance to take a walk about but if you go to the end of herongate and take a left down Wanstead Park avenue Wanstead Park is only a 5 min walk away.
I'd never actually been until the other week and it's really beautiful.
