What are people using to calculate BMR?
Different websites / formulae give different results, ranging from 1,900 to 2,400 per day for me.
I realise that I can easily change the target, based on resulting weight loss (if any), but that could take a few weeks to dial in.
Or I guess I could start at a number, and just reduce it to a level that is "comfortable" and sustainable.

I was a bit concerned when it said my daily requirement was 1,000 calories, though.
