Good point. In the past I’ve always gone out there pre-breakfast but only 20 to 30 mins. I’m into longer-slower now, wondering if I’ll need water on a 40 to 60 min run. There is a drinking fountain on one of my routes so I’m probably just over thinking it.

Best to get up early and run before it gets hot. If it gets really hot and humid then running is just no fun.
