Hi

Bought these mail order a couple of years ago but never worn apart from trying on for size. Slightly too roomy for my skinny frame and hoped to grow into them but still haven't.

Taken out of bag but still tagged. Black, size 28" but web page recommends downsizing acknowledging the roomier fit than previous versions:

i’m 30” (40cm) so this sounds about true for 28”. so have to give a pass.
