Only freeze dried or also normal dried? If you’re into making your own food and have space for another kitchen gadget, home dehydrators are pretty good for food you intend to eat dry.
A kg of sliced mushrooms dehydrates into a bag the size of an inner tube, with (mostly) all the calories and nutrients intact. Bananas and apples become chewy sweets. etc etc.
Cant' find much using Search/explore function..
any tips for good freeze-dried meals? preferably compostable and with a good of veggie options.
