Im surprised this sort of damage was possible!
I've seen frame manufacturers put a step inside to prevent this sort of catastrophic damage. I'm guessing from a liability perspective in case of user error.
So Giant/Liv expect more of their users... or was this bike taken on a "gravel ride" / ridden down a set of stairs with a loose post and the rider not getting off their seat?
