  • I spoke to elite customer service and they were not especially helpful but they said the fault is why Zwift and not their trainer after running some tests. Can anyone help?

    Could send you a free month for trainerroad so you can see if their software works and narrow it down to something else?

  • Cheers mate, that's a kind offer. I'm going to try and run zwift on my partner's ipad and see if that works and if not I'll DM you!
