Seconding @ak , our 12 is great but I think I’d stretch for a 16 if I had the choice. Wouldn’t get into the faff of pellets, if you’re into the romance of a wood fired oven you should make a proper domed one out of bricks.
Have a voucher from work burning a hole in my pocket. Thinking Ooni Koda 12. I have a gas bbq so makes sense that I can share a cylinder. Not mad on the idea of faffing with pellets either.
Good idea/bad idea?
