I spoke to elite customer service and they were not especially helpful but they said the fault is why Zwift and not their trainer after running some tests. Can anyone help?
Could send you a free month for trainerroad so you can see if their software works and narrow it down to something else?

No help, but can tell you that my suito does erg mode. Connected to a MacBook running zwift.

I have an elite suito that I cannot seem to get erg mode work no matter what I do. I have calibrated using the elite app, I have deinstalled and reinstalled Zwift and I have had Bluetooth turned off on my phone. I connect to Zwift on a Mac book using Bluetooth. I spoke to elite customer service and they were not especially helpful but they said the fault is why Zwift and not their trainer after running some tests. Can anyone help?
