As title, couple of bits free (collected):
Cannondale C2 bars, 42 cm c-c at hoods (~43 c-c at drops). Came on my bike, have been knocking about in the living room for about 4 years now, please take these off my hands...

Halfords roof bars - not sure of what model. Originally bought for a Skoda Octavia estate (2001 - 2004), then used on a Skoda Fabia Scout Estate (2010-2014) with no issue. So I don't think they're specific to a certain model, provided the clamp fits around your roof rails.
If there's any uncertainty (and any interest!) in these, then I can measure the clamp and see what size it could accommodate.
