Do gypsies not do phones?

Not sure, I went to a school with a lot of gypsies and they did live quite differently and shun a lot of normal things so wouldn’t surprise me. I lost touch with almost all of them when I left school, they definitely don’t do 6th form.

I left school in 1999 so pre everyone having a mobile days.

Might be different between countries and whether they still travel or not, but my cousin married into a gypsy family and you'd be hard pushed to tell the difference between them and other French families in terms of living a "normal" life.
