I’m 15km off my target for 2021 and yesterday I went to the gym with my stepson and beasted my legs doing squats.. do I assume that the DOMS is likely to be worse tomorrow and try to get the 15 done today.. or vice versa?
Or hedge your bets and do 7.5 today and 7.5 tomorrow?
