    My point, as dull as it was, is when you get arrested you get processed. This takes time. Sometimes theres an interview. Time again. Then theres more processing, a decision, usually people there before you. T I M E.

    When you go to hospital and are released during unsociable hours its the same thing. Some offer taxis. Some. Some people need transport, elderly, disabled etc. Do you think it apparates the second they need it? No.

    Tell the offender and the constabulary to be more courteous with their criminal logistics next time....
