I can recommend losing 15kgs, and consistently stretching after riding.
This was one of the comfiest setups I’ve had in a while, and it even surprised me with a -17 stem on how much it just worked.
Amey's road bike does have a more relaxed position
Could lay on the rack and steer with his feet, as it’ll have a motor on it aswell
