Seriously people it's so silly you are comparing smallpox and polio to a Corona virus!
Because those are more dangerous? I am not sure what else to pick disease-wise.
Is the flu better? Keeps mutating, we need jabs every year, not too dangerous if under a certain age, but if over a certain age/have certain health conditions it is.
We also cannot get rid of it, due it mutating.
"long flu" (post viral syndrome) is much rarer than long covid. It does happen... perhaps I should get a flu jab too.
My point was more that vitamins can be good, but I am not sold on vitamin D to reduce the effects of a pandemic because the proof is simply not there.
If vitamin D stops people from dying from the flu instead of flu jabs...then let's be having it! It's cheap and easy to get.
Surely there must be studies on that?
