I've only had them since summer this year so can't comment on their longevity but they're well reviewed so hoping they'll last!

Can second inov8. I got a pair of hand me downs from a friend who fell runs in Scotland and they're still going, so I think they're lasting pretty well! Lightweight and comfy, good grip. I'm not sure, but I think Merrell possibly do some vegan shoes too? My other half has had a pair of Merrells for about 20 years and only had to replace them because the sole had worn down, they're otherwise still good!

I've not used those but I've got a pair of the very catchily named "Inov8 Roclite g345" and use them for very similar purposes to what you're describing and they're great. Lightweight, vegan and really waterproof.
