Any recommendations for a basic commuter that meets the ULEZ targets. 300cc-500cc, cheap and undesirable (it's being stored on the street). Not a scooter and manual.
I had a CB500 from 2003, but Honda hadn't done the 'vehicle type approval', so not automatically ULEZ compliant. However, older bikes like that are very likely to pass an independent compliance check.
