Bikes can pass a test to meet ULEZ. Some need a few mods to run rich basically.

Cb500? Nay idea on ULEZ. Worth checking plates as a LOT of bikes pass through easily.

What's cheap?
One of the Honda 500 twins or a MT03. Suzuki Gladius are pretty good vfm.

Any recommendations for a basic commuter that meets the ULEZ targets. 300cc-500cc, cheap and undesirable (it's being stored on the street). Not a scooter and manual.
