It was a bastardised version of this, with a good bit of kala namak/Indian black salt added for eggyness.
Added the pigs in blankets first (done in a cupcake/bun baling tray) for a few minutes until the oil around them was super hot before pouring the mixture in.
THAT’S what i completely forgot about - stuffing!
Here was ours, pre-gravy. Got the wicked kitchen frozen turkey type thing.
Pigs in blankets in puds just done by chopping up Richmond sausages/bacon :)
