Eurgh. Wish I’d taken a picture yesterday. Homegrown spuds and garlic, groundnut oil, rosemary and paprika.
Possibly more luck than judgement but ended up being the crunchiest and finest roasties I’ve ever made.
They were aesthetically pleasing too, gutted I didn’t preserve the moment.
