Last Thursday I was at a work Christmas thing down south. Friday I got the train back to Scotland. Once I got back to Scotland I went to the pub once but other than that didn't really go anywhere or do anything.
Travelled back down to England for Christmas on Thursday eve. Got pinged for 3 days of isolation yesterday. I'm guessing this means someone on the train tested positive. At this point should I be following the Scottish rules (isolate for 10 days) or English rules (isolation would be 7 days so it's already over)?
Have done 6 tests since last Friday including PCR last Friday eve at this point so I'm 99.9% sure I don't have it
