Progressively increasing exercise load brought back the majority of fitness.
Been a very light year on the bike and subsequently a fair amount of weight gain.
I’m a Taekwondo instructor so 3 x 2 hour sessions while increasing my personal involvement and intensity from May onwards has meant anaerobic / short efforts are still ok, but my aerobic fitness needs a lot of work. 80w down on FTP compared to same time last year.
Ok yeah, that might be worse than losing to cjr.
That really sounds awful man, I hope you’re over the worst of it and it all comes back given enough time.
