Do watches from manufacturers/factories have vastly different batteries to those from high street/side street battery replacement outfits?

Oh yeah to add, buying from a reputable dealer that has proper warehouses and storage gives a better chance of having a battery that lasts the right amount of time. If they're stored in the cold for too long they lose charge
