Would read again. Would recommend to a friend.

Check out the politics/class war threads, loads of wilful misunderstandings of nuance there.
Good read, thanks.

Reckon I’ll steer well clear of those.
And whimsical responses to “WANTED: SMALL WOMAN’S BIKE” types of posts too. Enjoyed @fatberg’s work over the page tho.

I hate sewing a patch on to clothes (and stabbing myself in the finger several times) only to discover that it was an iron-on patch.
-
• #18181
I'm sorry, but I lol'd.
-
• #18182
I hate iron on patches, or our shit iron. Always ended up sewing them anyway.

I hate households who go to do their big Xmas food shop altogether and with seemingly no prior thought to what they actually plan on buying.
Blocking the entire veg section whilst stood discussing if you'll need Spuds and Carrots for Christmas lunch should be a banning offence. No warnings.
Likewise going to the cheese mongers when there's a a huge queue outside in the rain, asking to taste multiple cheeses then saying you can't decide because there's too much choice.
My shop will need you to show a list of what you're planning on buying before you cross the threshold.

I just went round Aldi with no plan, seemingly spent £90 on booze and crisps, doesn't leave much to buy fancy veg from unicorn tomorrow, which will be horrible.

Argos gets quite close to that model.

My veg experience was in that very Unicorn, make a plan for the sake of yourself & others.
I panic bought extra booze, went close to double over the shopping budget. Will be eating twigs and leaf mould at end of January, drunkenly though. #everycloud

There will be no deconstructed catalogues laminated page by fucking page in my shop.

Why must you disparage the Book of Dreams?

Argos doesn't have them anymore either, killed in Summer 2020. It's all via a tablet if you don't have your own device for some reason.

Anything good in? All their weird beetroots are pretty banging roasted.

booze and crisps
Umm. Problem is…?
Oh, edit. Only 90 quid. You’re going to struggle there.

£90 Aldi, in the North, this isn't London prices.
-
• #18194
I will say Aldi fake kraken is pretty good.

I got 2 regular & 1 golden beetroot to go in a Goodwill Pie. The Parsnips look good, plus they had about 75kg of Carolus which are the spud to get for roaster heaven imo, I found a 12.5kg bag in the half sack pile so stocked up.
Tbh, I didn't pay attention to anything that wasn't on my list so I might have missed some other good stuff.

Par rup a pum pum
Not enough of these wilful-misunderstanding-of-OP’s-grammar posts, imo.
